Erdi Elmas built the ABC Trace & Learn: Kids Games app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Erdi Elmas at no cost and is intended for use as is.

For a better experience, while using our Service, the App does NOT require you to provide any personally identifiable information. Any game progress, settings (such as sound preference, selected mascot, and drawing brush size) are stored locally on your device's internal storage (via UserDefaults) and are never transmitted to our servers.

We care deeply about your privacy and the privacy of your children. ABC Trace & Learn: Kids Games does NOT collect, store, share, or process any personal data, location data, or device advertising identifiers (IDFA). No camera input, photos, or facial recognition features are used or required by this application.
We do not collect diagnostic logs or telemetry on our servers. In the event of a crash, Apple may collect anonymous crash statistics in accordance with your device's global settings, which are handled directly by iOS.
We do not share any data with third-party service providers. All tracing logic, illustrations, and mascot setups run fully offline on your device.
Since all data remains locally on your device and no personal data is transmitted over the internet, your game progress and information are stored with the native security measures provided by iOS.
This Service does not contain external links to third-party websites, except for legal policy links which are secured behind a parental lock (Parental Gate) to ensure children cannot access them.
These Services are designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at erdielmasmobile@gmail.com so we can take necessary actions.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Erdi Elmas.
Erdi Elmas is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The ABC Trace & Learn: Kids Games app stores and processes game settings data locally on your device in order to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs and compromise your phone’s security features.
Certain functions of the app (such as purchasing/restoring the subscription) will require an active internet connection. Erdi Elmas cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any data charges from your mobile provider. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using ABC Trace & Learn: Kids Games.
Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and Erdi Elmas regarding the use of the Application.
Application means the software program named "ABC Trace & Learn: Kids Games" downloaded by You to a Device.
Company refers to Erdi Elmas.
Device means any device that can access the Application such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
By downloading or using the Application, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not download or use the Application.
The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Application utilizes Apple App Store payment mechanisms for managing subscriptions. All transactions are securely handled by Apple, and you acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for transaction processing issues outside of Apple's systems.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Company. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erdi Elmas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, availability, or suitability for any specific educational or entertainment outcome.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Application or 10 USD if no purchases have been made.
The laws of Turkey, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
