Erdi Elmas built the Sweep Photo Clean app (also known as Photo Clean - Free Up Space) as a Freemium application. This SERVICE is provided by Erdi Elmas at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience while using our Service, I may require you to provide us with certain device and usage information, including but not limited to Device Identifiers, Storage Recovery Statistics, and In-App Purchase Status.
The app requests permission to access your device's Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription) solely for the purpose of analyzing photo metadata, identifying similar photos, duplicate items, screenshots, and blurry images, and enabling you to delete unwanted media to recover storage space.
100% LOCAL ON-DEVICE PROCESSING: We do NOT collect, record, transmit, upload, or store any of your photos, videos, visual content, or personal media files to any external server or cloud service. All media analysis, visual comparison, and file deletion tasks are performed strictly locally on your Apple iOS device.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device. Links to the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the app:
Local Storage & Media Statistics: Total storage space, used storage, recoverable disk space, and total photo/video counts (processed locally on your device).
Process & Device Data: Network connectivity status, IP address, device model, iOS operating system version, and Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, if permission is granted via App Tracking Transparency) / Identifier for Vendors (IDFV).
Customer Transactions & Subscriptions: In-app purchase history, subscription state, and entitlement status (processed securely through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store).
We use the collected information for the following business purposes:
Whenever you use my Service, in case of an error or crash in the app, data and information on your device called Log Data may be collected. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device model, operating system version, app configuration when utilizing the Service, the time and date of your use, and other performance statistics.
I value your trust in using our Service, and we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. Remember that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services are intended for general audiences aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I will immediately delete this information.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor should you try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong to Erdi Elmas.
Erdi Elmas reserves the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The Sweep Photo Clean app processes data provided to enable photo cleaning and storage management. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure.

Application means the software program provided by the Developer downloaded by You to a Device, named Sweep Photo Clean (Photo Clean - Free Up Space).
Developer refers to Erdi Elmas.
Country refers to: Turkey.
The Developer grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Certain premium features (such as unlimited photo deck cleaning, ad-free experience, and advanced filtering) require a paid Sweep Pro subscription (Weekly or Annual plans, including 3-day trial options). Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID Account upon purchase confirmation and managed via RevenueCat. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store Account Settings.
The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or accidental file deletion arising out of your use of or inability to use the Application. Items deleted within the app are moved to your device's system "Recently Deleted" album for standard recovery per iOS behavior.
The laws of Turkey, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
