Microphone & Audio Processing Notice
ClearWave includes diagnostic tools such as a Decibel Meter to measure ambient sound levels. Microphone access is used strictly on your local device in real-time to analyze sound pressure levels. We DO NOT record, store, transmit, or process your raw microphone audio on any external servers.
Personal Data Protection
ClearWave may process your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
The personal data of users collected and used by ClearWave in particular, are as follows: your contact information (if you contact support), subscription and purchase status history, identifiers for advertisers designated on your mobile device (Identifier for Advertisers - IDFA, if permission is granted), identifiers for vendors/developers (IDFV), and Internet Protocol (IP) Address.
Data Categories and Data Types
Identity & Device Information: Device model, OS version, IDFA (if permission granted), IDFV.
Process Security: Internet traffic data (IP address, time and date information), app launch and crash analytics.
Customer Transaction: In-app purchase and subscription status information (managed via RevenueCat).
Audio & Sensor Data: Real-time decibel analysis (processed 100% locally on device only).
Marketing Data: IDFA, IDFV (for AdMob ad delivery).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our Services, for administrative purposes, and to deliver and optimize relevant ads and subscriptions.
Log Data
I want to inform you that whenever you use my Service, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Disclaimer of Device Warranty
ClearWave uses acoustic sound waves to assist in ejecting water droplets from device speakers. While designed to be safe, Erdi Elmas does not guarantee 100% water removal in all hardware scenarios and shall not be held liable for pre-existing or water-induced hardware damage to your device.

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using ClearWave.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
For the purposes of this End-User License Agreement:
Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and the Developer regarding the use of the Application.
Application means the software program provided by the Developer downloaded by You to a Device, named ClearWave.
Developer (referred to as either "the Developer", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Erdi Elmas.
Country refers to: Turkey
Device means any device that can access the Application such as a cellphone or a tablet.
Third-Party Services means any services or content provided by a third-party (e.g., Google AdMob, RevenueCat, Firebase).
You means the individual accessing or using the Application.
By downloading or using the Application, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Developer grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Application may display or make available third-party content or services (including AdMob advertising and RevenueCat in-app subscriptions). You acknowledge and agree that the Developer shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Developer. You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the Application and all copies thereof from your Device.
The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the entire liability of the Developer shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Application or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything.
The laws of Turkey, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
