Erdi Elmas built the XOX Paw app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Erdi Elmas at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information collected is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
For a better experience while using our Service, XOX Paw does NOT require you to register an account or provide personally identifiable information such as your name or address.
Game progress, scores, round counters, and settings (such as sound preferences and selected game modes) are stored locally on your device's internal storage (via UserDefaults) and are never transmitted to our servers.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify your device or serve personalized advertisements. You can review the privacy policies of third-party service providers used by the app:
XOX Paw displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob (including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) or cookies to serve relevant ads according to your iOS tracking permission settings (AppTrackingTransparency).
We offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions (XOX Paw Pro) to remove advertisements and unlock premium features. All payment transactions are processed directly by Apple via the App Store and RevenueCat. We do not store or access your credit card or financial billing information.
In the event of an error or crash while using the app, Apple and Firebase Crashlytics may collect anonymous diagnostic statistics in accordance with your device's global settings, which helps us diagnose bugs and improve stability.
We value your trust in using our Service. All local game data remains on your device secured by native iOS protection mechanisms. Any communication with third-party providers (such as AdMob or RevenueCat) is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS channels.
This Service may contain links to external sites (such as legal terms or developer pages). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites.
Our Service is designed to be family-friendly and accessible for players of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at erdielmasmobile@gmail.com so that we can take necessary corrective action.

You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Erdi Elmas.
Erdi Elmas is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.
The XOX Paw app stores and processes game settings data locally on your device in order to provide the Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device.
Certain functions of the app (such as loading Google AdMob ads, purchasing, or restoring the XOX Paw Pro subscription) will require an active internet connection. Erdi Elmas cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any data charges from your mobile provider. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer.

Please read this End-User License Agreement carefully before downloading or using XOX Paw.
Agreement means this End-User License Agreement that forms the entire agreement between You and Erdi Elmas regarding the use of the Application.
Application means the software program named "XOX Paw" downloaded by You to a Device.
Company refers to Erdi Elmas.
Device means any device that can access the Application such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
By downloading or using the Application, You are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If You do not agree, do not download or use the Application.
The Company grants You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Application utilizes Apple App Store payment mechanisms and RevenueCat for managing subscriptions (XOX Paw Pro) and Google AdMob for serving ads. All transactions are securely handled by Apple, and you acknowledge that the Company is not responsible for transaction processing issues outside of Apple's systems.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or the Company. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, You shall cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.
The Application is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erdi Elmas disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, availability, or suitability for any specific entertainment outcome.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of this Agreement shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Application or 10 USD if no purchases have been made.
The laws of Turkey, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Agreement and your use of the Application.
